Llevo aproximadamente 1 mes y medio usándolas y la verdad estoy maravillada con los resultados que llevo en este poco tiempo.
- Me ha salido cabello nuevo, tengo muchísimos pelitos nuevos que antes no tenía.
- El cabello me ha crecido más rápido (obvio no soy rapunzel en un mes haha, pero si noto que ha crecido con mayor velocidad)
- Ya no se me cae tanto
- Noto más brillo
- Mi cabello se ve más abundante, ya no se ven huecos en la cabeza.
I decided to give them a try, I ordered the pills on Ebay because it seems they’re not in Mexico, but they arrived in 20 days.
I have approximately 1 month and a half using them and I am really amazed with the results I’ve had in this short time.

Efectos secundarios:
En mi caso, fue acné! Peeeeero el problema paró cuando empecé a tomar 1 sola pastilla al día. Las pastillas contienen biotina y por lo general cuando tu cuerpo ya tiene o genera biotina, si le das mayores dosis, el responde y te “dice” que no le gusta y no necesita más.. y bueno su manera de manifestarse fue con ese acné, en mi caso.
Me habría encantado poder tomar las 2 pastillas al día ya que tal vez habría tenido mayores resultados en este tiempo! Pero bueno, mi cuerpo al parecer no lo necesita.
Hay muchas personas que no han tenido ningun brote de acné, así que no te asustes, todo va a depender de tu cuerpo.
Side Effects:
In my case, it was acne! BUT the problem stopped when I started taking one single pill a day. The pills contain biotin and usually when your body already has or generates biotin, if you give higher doses, your body refuses and in my case, acne was the revenge haha.
I’d have loved to take 2 pills a day as it says in the box, maybe I would’ve had better results by this time! But apparently my body doesn’t need extra biotin.
There are many people who have not had any breakouts, so please don’t panic, everything will depend on your body.

Yo por mi experiencia y en el tiempo que llevo con el tratamiento, he obtenido muy buenos resultados y espero seguir mejorando a lo largo de los 3 meses que lo voy a probar y tal vez me anime a continuar con los 6 meses.
Asi que… SI, te lo recomiendo! Es como un milagro para el cabello!
